It is your responsibility to check your appointment confirmation. If you notice an error or have not received a confirmation, please contact us immediately.
If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to adjust your appointment, but this cannot be guaranteed.
Please cancel your appointment at least 12 hours in advance. If you cancel within 12 hours, we will charge the full amount.
If you do not show up without notice:
First time: 70% of the appointment fee
Second time or more: 100% of the appointment fee
After two no-shows, we may restrict your access to online bookings.
Payment must be made immediately after the treatment. Outstanding balances must be paid before new appointments can be made.
By using our website, you confirm that you are of legal age. You are responsible for providing correct information and keeping your account secure.
It is not permitted to use the website for illegal or harmful purposes or to misuse our systems.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our services in case of misuse.
We do our best to present our products as accurately as possible. Colours and appearance may vary due to screen settings.
An order is only final once it has been confirmed by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders.
Returns and exchanges are handled according to our return policy.
Prices in the Salonized booking system are leading for treatments.
All other prices may be changed without prior notice and are exclusive of shipping costs and taxes, unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or product information errors.
Delivery times are indicative. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or external parties.
We are not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings during your visit.
Our services and products are provided as available, without warranties.
KAMM Barbershop is not liable for indirect or consequential damage.
You indemnify KAMM Barbershop from claims arising from your use of our services.
We provide a clean and safe environment and expect customers to follow hygiene guidelines. Please report any health issues before treatment.
If you bring children, please ensure proper supervision to maintain a safe environment.
Complaints must be submitted in writing within 48 hours after the treatment. We aim to find a suitable solution together.
We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your data is treated confidentially and used only for administrative and communication purposes.
Our webshop runs on Shopify. Shopify may process data to enable our services, but purchases are always made with KAMM Barbershop.
All content on our website is the property of KAMM Barbershop and may not be used without permission.
During your visit, photos or videos may be taken for promotional purposes. If you do not wish this, please inform us.
Feedback you share with us may be used to improve our services.
We may use third-party tools and services. Use of these is at your own risk.
We are not responsible for the content or operation of external websites we link to.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain fully valid.
These terms form the entire agreement between you and KAMM Barbershop.
Rights and obligations may not be transferred without permission.
These terms are governed by Dutch law.
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. The most recent version always applies.
