History of Mühle

Fresh back from the war in 1945, Otto Johannes Müller founded a small company. The first shaving brushes were made from a laundry room, and the MÜHLE logo was designed. Despite setbacks, such as a fire in 1949, the company grew internationally. Under the leadership of Hans-Jürgen Müller in 1965, Mühle expanded into 36 countries and introduced innovative product lines such as Black Fibre and Silvertip Fibre® and the natural cosmetic line ORGANIC.
