Wet your scalp with lukewarm water. Take a hazelnut-sized amount of the peeling and spread it over your damp skin. Gently massage the product in using circular motions, without scrubbing too hard.
Rinse the peeling off thoroughly with lukewarm water, then apply a moisturising scalp cream.
Use the peeling approximately two to three times a week. Avoid using it on irritated or damaged skin or immediately after shaving.
